We ship 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) and do our best to get orders packed and dispatched within 24 hours from time of order. However, orders placed late on Fridays or over weekends will only be shipped the following Monday.

Ordering from Linton Tweeds has never been so easy. Simply browse our website until you find the product suitable for you, then simply choose to purchase. You can add items to your basket & continue to shop, then checkout once you are ready to finalise your order. Our step by step checkout process will guide you through account and delivery details. Once your order has been placed you will also receive an order confirmation email direct from us. Should you not receive the email after a short time (please always check your spam/trash mailbox) then please do not hesitate to contact us direct on email@example.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout service, which can be made by Visa, Mastercard & Globalpayments. All prices are regularly checked to ensure they are published correctly but from time to time there may be errors beyond our control.
We make use of UPS or DPD (depending on the region) for all fabric deliveries. Yarn and samples may be sent in the post but will always be sent first class.
While we do our utmost best to ensure the speedy and safe delivery of any order, we cannot guarantee the performance of third parties. Please ensure that the contact details (phone number and email address) are correct at time of ordering as these will be used to contact you to inform you of delivery. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
Upon dispatch from our premises, UPS or DPD will email you with a tracking number on the listed email address provided with your order. You can log on to their relevant websites to track your order and see where your order is in the delivery process.
Duties, Taxes and Surcharges
Please note that orders outside the EU may be liable for import duties or taxes. These are usually collected by the relevant couriers. Surcharges may be applied if goods purchased are returned due to non-delivery.
If you require any form of invoice for your order, please contact our wholesale department on firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices cannot be generated once an order is placed online through our webstore.
Should you want to order a fabric sample, simply click the ‘add sample’ button on any fabric product page. A sample will automatically be added to your basket. Samples are charged at 20p each. You can also purchase a sample pack which features 20 random samples and can be found for sale here.
Due to the nature of our fabrics, we cannot always guarantee fabrics are fully sustainable. However, all wool and cotton used in our fabrics comes from 100% certified sustainable sources. We also use recycled yarns where possible.
Production order start at 50m per quality and production can take up to 12 weeks. Please note that not all fabrics purchased on our website can be remade. Should you want to get a fabric remade, please contact email@example.com
