We ship 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) and do our best to get orders packed and dispatched within 24 hours from time of order. However, orders placed late on Fridays or over weekends will only be shipped the following Monday.

You can add items to your basket & continue to shop, then checkout once you are ready to finalise your order. Our step by step checkout process will guide you through account and delivery details. Once your order has been placed you will also receive an order confirmation email direct from us. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout service, which can be made by Visa, Mastercard & Globalpayments. All prices are regularly checked to ensure they are published correctly but from time to time there may be errors beyond our control.
We make use of UPS or DPD (depending on the region) for all fabric deliveries. Yarn and samples may be sent in the post but will always be sent first class.
While we do our utmost best to ensure the speedy and safe delivery of any order, we cannot guarantee the performance of third parties. Please ensure that the contact details (phone number and email address) are correct at time of ordering as these will be used to contact you to inform you of delivery. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
Upon dispatch from our premises, UPS or DPD will email you with a tracking number on the listed email address provided with your order. You can log on to their relevant websites to track your order and see where your order is in the delivery process.
Please note that orders outside the EU may be liable for import duties or taxes. These are usually collected by the relevant couriers. Surcharges may be applied if goods purchased are returned due to non-delivery.
