Main menus & structure
At the top you’ll find the main menu options: Home, Our Fabric, Gifts, Community, News, and About Us.
Under “Our Fabric,” you can explore by colour, type (for example, Bouclé, Metallic, Check, Houndstooth), or usage (Dressmaking, Jackets, Skirts, etc.).
You can also use the search bar to type in keywords like “houndstooth” or “metallic” to find fabrics quickly.
New releases & highlights
New fabrics launch every Tuesday and Friday at 1 pm (UK time), so make sure to check back regularly.
The homepage also showcases featured fabrics and community creations for extra inspiration.
2. Browsing Fabrics
When browsing fabric categories, you’ll see a grid of product images. You can:
Hover or click to see more detail
Use filters to narrow by colour, price, or usage
Scroll or navigate between pages to explore the full range
3. Viewing a Fabric Page
Each fabric has its own detailed page where you’ll find:
Product name and high-resolution images with zoom functionality
Product code and price per metre
Quantity selector – choose the amount you need with a quick selector for 1, 2, or 5 metres, or use the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease in 0.1 metre increments
Option to add a sample to your bag if you’d like to test it first
Stock availability shown clearly on each page
Free delivery information when your order meets the qualifying amount
Fabric details include:
Colour palette
Weight (G/M²)
Width (in metres)
Composition (blend of fibres)
Aftercare instructions such as do not tumble dry, dry clean only, low iron, do not bleach
You’ll also find a “You may also like” section with related fabrics and suggestions for complementary styles.
4. Adding to Bag & Checkout
Select your desired quantity, then click Add to Bag.
You can also add samples to your bag for easy comparison.
Review your items by clicking the bag icon at the top of the page.
Adjust quantities or remove items directly in your cart.
Proceed to Checkout to enter delivery information, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Remember — orders over a certain value qualify for free delivery.

7. Troubleshooting & FAQs
If something doesn’t seem right:
Refresh the page or try a different browser.
If an item won’t add to your bag, check that it’s still in stock.
Double-check your details if checkout doesn’t complete successfully.
Visit our Help section or contact our customer support team for assistance.
8. Existing Accounts & Password Updates
If you had an account with us before the new website launch, your details have been securely transferred to the new system.
An email was sent out letting you know about the new website and prompting you to update your password. If you haven’t done so yet, simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Once your password has been updated, you’ll be able to log in to the new Account section — this is where your new order history, saved addresses, and account preferences can be set and managed.
Please note: order history from the previous website will not be available in the new system.
