We ship Monday to Friday, with most orders dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Complimentary Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over £300.
For customers shopping in Euros or US Dollars, the equivalent value will be calculated at the current exchange rate.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our prices are reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy, though on rare occasions, discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to amend any errors as required.
Courier Services
We entrust the delivery of our fabrics to UPS and FedEx, ensuring your order reaches you swiftly and safely, wherever you are in the world.
Yarn and sample orders are sent via First Class post, maintaining the same commitment to quality and reliability.
Delivery
We take great care to ensure each parcel arrives in pristine condition.
Please ensure your contact details (telephone number and email address) are entered correctly at checkout, as these will be used to provide delivery updates.
Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from UPS or FedEx containing your tracking number.
You may follow your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website, allowing you to anticipate its arrival with confidence.
Returns
As all our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind or if the fabric is not as the customer expected.
For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing to ensure the fabric meets your requirements.
We will, however, gladly consider a return if you believe there is a fault or defect with the fabric.
In such cases, please contact us via shop@lintontweeds.co.uk within one week of delivery, providing details and photographs where possible.
Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
